This policy applies to all purchases made online, in-store, and via third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected.
Returns - Physical Products
Toys & Non-Hygiene Items
You may return unused toys in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused and unopened

Proof of purchase is required
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Slime, Putty & Sensory Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on slime, putty, or sensory products unless they are faulty.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the issue
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Workshops & Event Tickets

Workshop tickets are non-refundable

Tickets may be transferable to another date at our discretion

If Viral Vault cancels a workshop, a full refund or alternative date will be offered
TikTok Shop Orders
Refunds and returns for TikTok Shop orders are handled in line with TikTok Shop policies.
Please submit your request directly through
TikTok where applicable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 working days after approval.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for refunds where an incorrect address was provided at checkout.
