All orders are processed within 1-3 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Orders placed after 2pm may be processed the next working day.
During busy periods (launches, sales, school holidays), processing times may be slightly longer — we'll always keep you updated.
UK Shipping
We currently ship within the UK only.
Shipping options:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Local Collection
Free local collection is available from our Wellingborough shop.
You'll receive an email when your order is ready to collect.
TikTok Shop Orders
Orders placed via TikTok Shop are dispatched in line with TikTok's dispatch deadlines.
Tracking details will be provided through TikTok once your order is shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays & Issues
While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays can occur due to courier issues, weather, or peak periods. Viral Vault cannot be held responsible for delays outside our control.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll help.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout.
