These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Viral Vault website, in-store, and via third-party platforms such as TikTok Shop.
By placing an order or booking a workshop, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Products
Viral Vault sells toys, slime, sensory products, and workshop experiences.
Please note:

Colours, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to the handmade or batch-produced nature of some items.

Slime is intended for play, not consumption, and adult supervision is recommended for younger children.
Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if an error has occurred (including pricing or stock errors).
Shipping & Collection
Shipping is available within the UK only.
Local collection is available from our Wellingborough shop where stated.

Returns & Refunds
Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

Slime, putty, and sensory products cannot be returned unless faulty.

Toys may be returned in unused, original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Workshop tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferable to another date at our discretion.
Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos where applicable.
Workshops & Events

Children must be supervised or dropped off in line with the age requirements stated on the booking page.

Viral Vault is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops if necessary (a refund or alternative date will be offered).
Safety & Liability
All products are sold in line with UK safety standards.
However, Viral Vault is not liable for misuse of products or failure to follow care or safety instructions.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, images, text, and logos, is the property of Viral Vault and may not be copied or used without permission.
Changes to These Terms
